Distinguish between JFET and MOSFET.

1. JFET has high Transconductance as compare to MOSFET. And Transconductance is the ratio of the current change at the output port to the voltage change at the input port.

Although the JFET is used in low noise and high input impedance Op-amp but MOSFET transistor has become one of the most important devices used in the design and construction of integrated circuits for digital computers. Its thermal stability and other general characteristics make it extremely popular in computer circuit design.
