Noise margin is the amount of noise that a CMOS circuit could withstand without affect the operation of circuit.
It is basically the difference between signal value and the noise value.
NML (NOISE MARGIN low) = VIL - VOL
NMH(NOISE MARGIN high) = VOH - VIH
